What are my shipping options?
We ship our products around the world. The regular delivery time is 7-14 business days depending where the books are shipped. All shipments are airmail. If you have any specific requirement regarding the shipment please contact us before placing the order.
What are my payment options?
For now we are able to accept only payment done by cheque or money order. Payment can be done in US$ or Canadian Dollars.

What is your privacy policy?

As a seller of information-related products, we are also committed to providing you the best possible online service and experience as well as the best products.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Yes. All you need to do is send us an e-mail. (We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.) Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, if available, and the product you want to cancel (including title, author, and any other information you have). If you want to change the quantity of an item, please tell us.
Can I return a product?
We unconditionally guarantee every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days with the enclosed return form for a full refund. We cannot offer a refund, but bill be happy to offer an exchange.
Can I order a book that is not on your web site?
Yes, we're proud to offer thousands of other title. Simply send us an e-mail informing us about the title and author (if possible) you are looking for, and we will get back to you with the price information withing 24 hours.
Can I subscribe to any of the Yugoslav magazines, journals or newspaper?
Yes. Simply send us an e-mail informing us about the magazine, journal or newspaper you are interested in subscribing.. Please also state the time period you would like to subscribe and we will get back to you with the price information withing 24 hours.
